Also, inform us if you pregnant, or require special accomodations.

You will be asked to secure your appointment with a credit card. If less than 24 hours notice is given when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. In th event of a "no-show", you will be charged full fees for all scheduled services.

Late arrivals will not recieve an extension of service time. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

To help maintain the serinity of Jewel, we ask that you please mute all cell phones and beepers, and arrange for childcare during your visit.
